Please join yoga instructor Laura Brill on Wednesday afternoons in June from 3:30 to 4:30 at the Bradford Public Library for a gentle chair yoga class.First class June 9th. This healthy fundraiser series asks for a $5 donation per class to benefit adult programs at the library. The class is open to anyone who would like to practice yoga, but does not want to get on the floor. We will focus on linking movement with the breath, some gentle stretches, and practice some meditation/relaxation techniques. Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a mat if you have one as part of the class may be standing.
Laura began studying yoga and meditation about ten years ago, and had the fortune to find great teachers everywhere she has lived – from Delaware to New York City to Vermont. She had taught meditation classes in New York and Burlington.
