Health Connect Help

Health Connect – Every Tuesdays 10-12 and Thursdays 6-8 at the Bradford Public Library. Open enrollment for the Affordable Care Act will be ending March 31st! Gary Chase, a Certified Application Counselor will be working to educate and support our local communities in navigating the health care marketplace. If you need assistance with enrolling in a health plan, or have questions, please meet Gary at the Bradford Public Library.
